Work Orientation
The Puritans came to America and expressed the value of work orientation. That is the American value that says don't just stand there, do something. Well the Puritans definitely didn't just stand there. They started building a colony and building religon the second they got to America. They made sure you went to church and had a job doing something. The Puritans definitely expressed the American value of work orientation.
