individuality and work orientation!

I think that both the Puritans and the Quakers exhibit signs of individuality and work orientation. Both of them show individuality because they left England to practice religion the way that they saw fit. When they got to America some members of the colonies left to form their own colonies to do as they please. (I also believe that both groups strived for unity in the new colonies of America because they wanted the new colonies to be like peas in a pod.) They show good work orientation because they knew when they left England that they would have to work hard just to survive. They started out with a bunch of bare land and made it into an area filled with homes, churches, and families.
